BALL-E

Ball-E is a dedicated carrier designed for luggage transportation at airports. It not only prevents luggage from damage and loss during transportation but also improves airport efficiency. Ball-E consists of an air chamber and a luggage holder. In its activated state the chamber is inflated so that the luggage is protected against collision and damage. When the air chamber is deactivated, it returns to its regular shape, leaving the luggage wrapped to prevent entanglement. The material of Ball-E is partially ferromagnetic. When unloaded from the airplane, it can slide off without the need for an unloading machine. Its direction of travel can be changed by means of electromagnetic induction through the ground.
