AIR-PALLET

Today we have a lot of different materials for goods packaging during transport: wood pallets, cardboard boxes and plastics. Air-Pallet is a special pallet that reduces the quantity of materials and waste, being a standardized packaging system for all the stages of the goods transportation process. Its dimensions are the same as for standard pallets, just slightly taller as it contains a biodegradable plastic bag that is full of foamy chips. This is inflated by an air compressor in order to protect the goods situated on the pallet. After inflating, the bag locks itself, becoming rigid and preventing any movement. At the moment of unloading, Air-Pallet is deflated and the goods can be removed and Air-Pallet can be reused.
