A systematic approach to a new basic packaging material, the "new cardboard" enables the recycling and reuse of packaging without any loss in its quality. It is based on modular sheets composed of different layers: The internal surface consists of an adhesive material which allows contents to be fixed. The middle layer is a highly resistant thermoplastic with a protective and structural function. The external surface is a thermoplastic with an amortizing function. The top surface is a printable cover. The sheets can be strapped and blended to create the desired shape. Thermoplastic polymers allow the structure to be cut and re-assembled using heat induction. After use it can be thrown into special bins, collected, washed and finally reused.
