PU-SAFETY MATERIAL

The "PU SAFETY MATERIAL" stands for a safety concept based on PU foam. A folded neck-supporting bolster is integrated in the back part of a motorcycle helmet. Inside the helmet, two cartridges with polyurethane components open up on impact, allowing them to react in the interior of the bolster and turn into foam. The foam-filled bolster stabilizes the neck of the injured person until the arrival of medical help.
